I love marketing, branding, and content strategy. I’m a content architect and a full-funnel expert. Nothing makes me happier than taking a piece of content and seeing how many different ways we can make it work. From digital ads to billboards, emails, blogs, social media and everything in between this is where it gets fun.

With over 15 years in marketing from e-commerce to publishing to nonprofits, I’ve seen time and again how much a good solid content strategy can work its magic. From audience growth to increased awareness and revenue you need the entire funnel to make it happen.

Content: To stand out, to get noticed, to be remembered you need content that makes people feel something. You also need to bridge the knowledge gap, what are you providing that is unique to you. You need to answer the WHY. Why should a customer come to you.

Web Content & Design Strategy: All the branding, marketing, and content won’t matter if you don’t have a website that is easy to navigate, beautiful to look at, and removes every roadblock possible for a quick conversion. It also has to have solid SEO so that you can take advantage of organic search. And the main thing that Google rewards is unique original content that is easily searchable. Full circle it always comes back to Branding and Content.

Brand: Consistency and simplicity is key. Everything from the color palette, logo, fonts, text, and images represents your brand. It should be consistent across all channels so that customers know with one look who you are and what you represent. You have 1 to 3 seconds to catch a customers eye. Make it count.

Full Funnel Marketing Strategy: Every touch point works together. Top of funnel channels - programmatic ads, billboard & print ads, organic social pages, blog pages lead to your mid-funnel channels of Paid Social campaigns, Email Marketing Newsletter, Youtube Ads, lead to your bottom funnel channels of Paid Google, Affiliates campaigns, and Automated Email Flows. A customer needs 7 to 8 touch points to move to Brand Awareness. It takes 10 to 12 touch points to actually convert. Every channel needs to work together and have consistent content and brand strategy across all platforms.

Project Management: My specialty is working with multiple teams to make it all come together. From the website and app developers who are key to a successful customer journey, to the lifecycle management of email campaigns and marketing flows a solid strategy makes everything work in harmony.
